Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services provided by Caevarn LLC. Effective 2026.

Before work begins

Where a project has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Work in progress

If work has begun, we refund any prepaid amount not yet earned, calculated against the work completed to the date of cancellation.
